Guardian Residential Lettings was established in December 1994. Since that time we have been Harlow’s leading Letting Agent. After our success we became Guardian Residential Lettings and Sales LLP and in September 2002, launched our Estate Agency department. We purchased our own freehold building in April 2002 as part of a long term commitment to the Harlow property market. We have a team of twelve people, four partners and eight members of staff who are all dedicated to providing the local community with an honest, trustworthy and comprehensive Estate Agency & Lettings service.
Our service is based on being honest, reliable and to believe in communicating thoroughly on each and every occasion we speak to one of our customers. We believe it is imperative to identify all of our customers’ needs and objectives and then provide them with an expedient service, giving them professional advice regarding selling, buying, letting or renting a property.
We believe that if we are careful and thorough with each and every one of our customers then we will maximise their chances of moving happily and comfortably, providing them with a trouble free, smooth service which will allow them to move home successfully.

Having been established for a considerable number of years we have an excellent working rapport with local tradesmen, solicitors, financial advisors etc. This assists us in providing a good network of related professions which we can recommend to all of our customers.
