Twice the size of our nearest competitors
Since our launch in 1994, our loyal customer base has continually grown. With a register of around 800 managed properties, we are over twice the size of our nearest competitors, and Harlow’s leading letting agency.
Due to the success of the original Partners, David Coltman and Ceri Evans, a Limited Liability Partnership was set up in September 2002, introducing Juliette Rainbird, Gemma Smith and Michael Coleman as company Partners. Due to personal circumstances Juliette Rainbird and Gemma Smith have stepped aside and relinquished their shares leaving David Coltman, Ceri Evans and Mike Coleman owning the business. We purchased our freehold office building in 2002, as part of our long-term commitment to the Harlow property market and the continued development around the town centre. We have recently acquired and refurbished our neighbouring office building and extended our town centre office. Due to the expansion of the business over the twenty years of trading and recruitment of extra staff to manage our large portfolio of properties we have reached a need for larger premises.

We constantly strive to meet our customer’s high standards and exceed their expectations in an industry often tarnished by a negative reputation. With six dedicated members of the property management team we appreciate the need for a comprehensive ‘after-sales’ service.
