Landlords: To let your property at prime rental levels for 52 weeks per year to quality, referenced tenants.

 

Tenants: To provide high quality accommodation with responsible, attentive landlords providing good quality accommodation at current market rents, with the ability to make them comfortable and secure throughout the tenancy.

 

Vendors: To achieve a sale agreed at peak market values within eight weeks of marketing.

 

Purchasers: To provide a large, varied selection of properties for sale at current market values.
